By accessing or using Captos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You may use the Service to upload, process, and export video content that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused credits do not carry over unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
